Hurst Green Bed & Breakfast is a Grade 2 listed house, part of which is 400 years old. It faces Hurst Green and is set in the conservation area of the historic Cinque Port of Brightlingsea.
Brightlingsea creek can be seen from the windows and the sea is visible in the distance.
We spent 7 years renovating the house and garden and it now provides spacious and comfortable accommodation for guests.
Hurst Green B & B specialises in ensuring the warmest of welcomes to guests and offering fantastic food. There is a varied breakfast menu which offers a changing range of special dishes including fresh fruit grown organically in our own garden. Evening meals may also be available by arrangement.
Brightlingsea is a lively small town well known for its wide variety of activities including sailing, the annual race of historic sailing smacks and barges, a free music festival, fishing, bird watching and walking.
Secure off road parking is available for one car. We also have facilities available to store bikes, fishing gear and wet weather gear.
